Gian Paolo was born and raised in Italy, where he graduated in foreign languages. He immediately started working in production, moving fast from the lowest level, working in foreign countries especially in Central and South America, acquiring a significant experience in setting up a production where is not “easy” like in primary countries. He likes the challenge of discovering new frontiers where to move projects and maximize the production value finding a balance between cost and quality.

He is a producer with more than 35 years of experience in film and television production and his portfolio includes various European & Hollywood films and TV shows. In the period from 2015 to 2023 he has been working on three major TV shows: after he finished with the Marco Polo project for Netflix in Malaysia, he budgeted and developed the The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power TV series for Amazon Studios. Since 2019 he has been working as Executive Producer on two seasons of Halo the TV Series produced by Showtime in association with Amblin Television and 343 Industries for Paramount+ primarily shot in Hungary, Slovenia and Iceland. 

Mouse Film under his supervision provides support in all aspects of production including budgeting, location, crew, logistical, organizational, tax credit and fiscal incentives for all budget ranges, as well as equipment rental in Hungary.
